Olive Oil, Cinnamon & Orange Biscuits

Λαδοκοὐλουρα are traditional Greek biscuits, made with olive oil, cinnamon and orange. These biscuits are traditionally made during lent.

They are so light and delicious that we believe they should be eaten all year round.

This is a great recipe to get the kids involved and you are literally done in an hour!

Remember to always use the best quality ingredients that you can afford.

We have used this season's cold pressed extra virgin olive oil in our recipe, which gives them a slightly peppery taste.

Lots of rolling but well worth it!

This recipe will make about 50 biscuits and don't worry if there is a trail of oil on your bench, this is normal.

Rolled & ready for the oven

Baked & ready for a cup of tea!

Let's Eat! - A Collection of Family Recipes is creating a cookbook which will be released in 2021.
